I feel like we see #chia everywhere all the time. But, do you even know what chia is? Cause I just knew it was good for you and you should add it to everything. No idea why πŸ˜‚

So, let’s learn together.

Chia is a tiny black and white seed high in essential nutrients known to help improve health and well-being. It is gluten-free, 100% natural, and easy to use. Some of its benefits are:

  • Chia helps you lower your cholesterol thanks to its high levels of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.

  • It is a natural anti-inflammatory, so people often use it to help relieve joint pain, such as arthritis or inflammatory pain from injuries.

  • When you take it regularly, you seem to have more clarity and concentration. God knows why. Couldn't find the reason anywhere.

  • It relieves you from digestive disorders, and helps your digestive system run smoothly.

  • It increases your energy. But you have to take at least 2 tablespoons of chia daily for that.

  • It balances your blood sugars: Thanks to its hydrophilic (water-absorbing) properties, chia has a slow energy release that naturally helps balance blood sugar levels. People with type-2 diabetes often use chia to help balance their blood sugar levels.

Cool, I know!

There are many other cool things about chia, and since it doesn't really taste like anything, you can add it to almost anything you can think of. Lemonades, puddings, fruit bowls, salads... you name it.

Mindfully,

Sam.
