Did you know that by age 50, many people are so chronically dehydrated that their skin starts drying out and wrinkling because of it? Water makes up most of our body weight. It depends on water to survive, work properly and look young.
So, if you’re a man, make sure you get your 15 cups of water a day, and if you’re a woman, it would be about 12 for you. #StayYoung
