Lemon water!
Again with the lemon talk? Yes. And I'll never stop. Lol.
So, today I wanna go through the benefits of consuming lemon water in the morning.
This one's for me, because I have a stone mine in my kidneys. The citric acid in lemons can help break up and prevent certain types of kidney stones.
It aids digestion, allowing you to process food more easily and helping to prevent the buildup of toxins.
Allegedly, some say that Vitamin C found in lemons may help reduce skin wrinkling, dry skin from aging, and damage from the sun.
Keeps you more hydrated.
Exercise performance: It can improve athletic performance.
Some say that it can help you lose weight, but there's not enough evidence for that. So, sorry guys!
