Lemons and limes.
My MindfulEats today is nothing more and nothing less than my BFF, the lemon.
I want to start this post by downloading something that has cost me a lot since I moved to the USA and that still confuses me a lot. For me, the lemon was always green and the lime was yellow. But for the gringos, it's the other way around.
I really have nothing useful to say about this, just what kind ... why do they insist on doing everything differently?
But hey, moving on. Lemons are one of those little miracles that exist in the world for me. I, who am an expert producing stones in the kidneys, have learned to include a dash of lemon (or lime) in almost everything I eat every day.
Lemon is so cute, that by squeezing half in a glass of warm water and drinking it every morning on an empty stomach, you can greatly improve your digestion, stay hydrated all day, protect yourself from diseases, improve your muscular nervous communication, prevent kidney stones (🙆🏽♀️) and lose weight faster (girls, take note).
In addition, many enlightened people say that lemon absorbs the bad vibes of the spaces in which they are found - it only separates those that you are going to eat from those that you have scare ghosts 🍋🙅🏽♀️👻.
In short, lemon is your friend and I invite you to treat it with the love and respect it deserves. Since it also helps you to stay alkaline and in an alkaline body there is no cancer.
Thank you lemon!
