3 Ways To Be More Mindful At Work.

Here are 3 ways to be more mindful at work:

  1. Leave the outside world, outside: This one's pretty basic... in other words, don't bring your personal πŸ’©to work.

  2. Escape all sights of drama: Sometimes, we get caught up on problems that aren't ours. They don't even affect us. I'm very guilty of this one, so I'm telling you, from past experiences, that the higher the wall you put between everyone else's drama and yourself, the better your work life will be. Ask yourself, does this affect me in any direct way? And if the answer is no, don't feel guilty about taking a step back and minding your own business, because it is about setting healthy boundaries for your own good.

  3. If things are really messed up in your personal life, talk about it with your manager and take some time off so you can sort things out. We're not machines, life happens. So, it's okay if you need to focus on fixing it, because at the end of the day, you won't even perform as well as you can if your house is burning down. And if they don't get it, then quit πŸ‘πŸΌthatπŸ‘πŸΌhorribleπŸ‘πŸΌjobπŸ‘πŸΌ. It's not worth it.
