DIY Smoothie Bowls.

Today, I wanna share how I’ve saved probably thousands of dollars making my own açai (and other fruit) bowls.

And frankly, I like mine better than any others I’ve bought in restaurants.

Preparing them is easier than you think. You just got to find either frozen açai or açai powder, mix it with other fruits of your choice (I usually add a cup of berries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 frozen pitaya or 1/2 cup of pineapples or peaches), add 1/2 cup of juice (I usually use organic apple or pineapple), blend until smooth and serve in a bowl.

For toppings, I use more bananas or berries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, coconut flakes, crunchy granola and some peanut butter.

If I’m feeling naughty, I add a tsp of Nutella 🙄 but who’s judging 😂
