Let's talk grains! Because grains are great for you.


And since they're so many, here's a list of the healthiest ones. You're welcome.


Barley: It has a higher amount of dietary fiber than any of the other grain, plus phytochemicals & beta-glucan, which may help to reduce bad cholesterol and build immunity.


Quinoa: A source of complete vegetable protein because it has all essential amino acids we need.


Amaranth: It has a lot of protein, magnesium, manganese, and phosphorous, and it also has phytochemicals.


Buckwheat: it's awesome. And really healthy. Just trust me on this one.


Oats: They also have polyphenols, they're high in beta-glucan, which helps lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and may reduce the risk of some type of cancers, and lower blood pressure.


Farro: It's fiber-rich, nutty, chewy, and hearty.
