Lol. I know. We all think the answer to this question should be "duh", but is it?

I realized that, at least for me, it wasn't. I mean, I know they're yummy, but other than that... I was pretty blank when I tried to answer the question.

So here are some quick tips on what each fruit is good for, just as a refresher because I'm sure you did know 🙄😂

Papaya: Good for reducing risks of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, aiding in digestion, improving blood glucose control in people with diabetes, lowering blood pressure, and improving wound healing

Raspberries: Good for protecting you against diabetes, cancer, obesity, arthritis and other conditions. And may even provide anti-aging effects.

Peaches: No... not to make your 🍑 bigger, but to reduce your risk of getting cancer, making your skin prettier and healthier, boosting your fiber and potassium intake, and boosting your overall immune system.

Grapefruits: Good for weight loss and reducing your risk of heart disease. It's low on calories and high in nutrients. It contains several vitamins and minerals known for their role in preventing infection and may even help prevent insulin resistance and diabetes. Too bad I can't stand their taste. Lol.

Lychee: This is a pretty cool one. Did you know lychees were reaaally good for your skin and could help fight signs of ageing and blemishes? Yes. Like your very own, natural, acne treatment. They also help you lose weight and get stronger bones, among others.

So, there you have it. Not only these fruits (well most of them) are delicious, but they're also pretty healthy and not sure if you've realized it but... health is the new wealth. So invest your money wisely 🍓🍏🍊

Mindfully,
Sam.
