You’re allowed to not be okay.

This is JUST a friendly reminder that you don't always have to pretend that you're fine. That it's okay to be sad, to be down... That as long as you don't stay there, it is healthy to experience those feelings every once in a while.


Our heart is a muscle. So, when our heart breaks, it actually becomes stronger.
