Raise your vibes, dude.

I get really tired of people saying "you need to raise your vibration"... as if I didn't already know that!

The thing is, most people tell you this and nothing else. Only a few tell you HOW to do it. So, today I wrote a list of quick and easy things you can do to help yourself 'vibe higher'.

Here are the top 8:

  1. Become conscious of your thoughts, of what you say, of what you feel, since these little things are what create your reality. In other words, stop calling yourself ugly and fat 'cause you'll never look the way you 'want' if you continue.

  2. Find beauty and sit down to appreciate it for a while. You can find something beautiful anywhere, so just stare at it and be amazed by its existing. A flower, Nutella jar, the reflection of water in the wall... anything you like.

  3. Be conscious of the foods you eat because apparently some foods vibrate at high frequencies (broccoli, blueberries), and some lower. Big Macs don't vibrate at all. To know this, simply pay attention to how eating certain foods make your body feel. Not your mind. Your body. I know Oreo's make you feel happy but it's not the same case for your colon.

  4. Drink enough water to assist your body to flush out toxicity day to day. Don't hoard toxins. This isn't good for you if you're trying to raise your vibes.

  5. Meditate. Duh. I won't even explain this one.

  6. Make a gratitude list to shift your focus from what you don't have to what is already abundant in your life. There is more to be grateful for than you could possibly imagine, my little grasshoppers, you just gotta be reminded of this day to day.

  7. Practice altruistic kindness. Tell someone they look pretty. Don't buy all the toilet paper. Share your hand sanitizer. It will make you feel good.

  8. Vibration requires movement, the more you move the better your vibes move. Exercise, πŸ‘‰πŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ, dance... Move in a way that makes you happy and it'll come back to you ✨

Mindfully,

Sam.
