They say that life as we know it began through sound.

But today we will not talk about the creation of the Universe. Today I want to share with you what I discovered about healing through sound.

#SoundHealing is an ancient practice. It consists of the use of sacred instruments, such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, or the voice to release energy blocks that induce a state of tranquility and harmony in the body.

They say that sound has the ability to synchronize brain waves to achieve deep states of relaxation, restoring the normal vibrational frequencies of the cells of our bodies.

As we all know, the human body is 75% water, and water is a great conductor for sound vibration. The frequency of sound is synchronized with brain waves and triggers stress responses in the body. When these vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation, helping to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

This vibration is so powerful that it can shape matter, and even change the low energy frequencies of guilt and fear to higher vibrations of love and joy.

Metal bowls have been used in Tibetan culture since the 12th century. They come in different sizes and each one produces a deep sound that relaxes and heals the mind. Each bowl produces a unique vibration that works in separate parts of the brain. This is why containers of different sizes are often used together and even on different parts of the body.

Did you know the magic of bowls and sound?

Mindfully,

Sam.
