Healthier piña coladas.

In case you didn't know (I know you didn’t know), I was called the Pineapple Queen when I worked at my last agency.

Mainly because I used to do all of @DoleSunshineLatino's content, but also because I developed a superpower called: Piña Colada making.

Summer's Piña Colada season for me. Ok, maybe not just summer. But since we're officially in the midst of the warmest days, here's a fun and delicious recipe for a healthier version of this cocktail you can make at home:

Ingredients
1.5 ounces of a light rum (3 tablespoons)
*** When I get fancy, I use 1796 @ronsantateresa.
1 tablespoon of natural coconut cream
1/2 cup of natural pineapple chunks, frozen
2 tablespoons of natural pineapple juice
1/4 cup ice
***Sometimes, I add mint and chia seeds, which makes it even more amazing.

Instructions
All you gotta do is put all the ingredients in the blender and then serve in your fanciest cups. We might not be able to go to the beach that much these days, but this can help bring the beach to you. (Just close your eyes and picture yourself in it when you drink your PC)

Enjoy! 🍹🍍✨

Mindfully,
Sam.
