Yes, me again with a friendly reminder for you to drink πŸ‘πŸ½some πŸ‘πŸ½ water πŸ‘πŸ½.

It's funny how we're basically water with membrane and still, some of us forget to do this as much as we should.

So, today, instead of talking about the importance of drinking enough water (duh) I want to offer you some insight on apps I found that can help you stay on track with your healthy water drinking needs. Just in case you need them. Here we go:

Top Free:

  1. Aqualert - Water Tracker Daily: This app notifies you throughout the day to keep you properly hydrated, using your activity level to calculate your daily water requirements so you’re getting what you need. It has a cute graphic that shows you your hydration level and daily consumption to keep you on track.

  2. Water Tracker & Alarm: This one calculates accurate your personal daily water intake based on your weight and sends you regular reminders to keep you on track. It has a graph report and achievement table, personalized start, stop, and nap times, and daily reports.

Top Paid:

  1. WaterMinder: This one's easy and intuitive. It also calculates appropriate hydration amounts based on your body weight or personal goal. Then, it sends reminders all day long, making it easy to hit your target intake. You can create "custom cups" for fast, simple logging, and browse your hydration history to see your progress. It's $4.99 on the Apple store.

  2. Daily Water Tracker Reminder: Even though the name isn't very creative, this one seems to be as good as the other one. It lets you set your daily water intake goal and then log every ounce (or milliliter) with just a tap. You can then view a detailed stats update after every glass to see how close you’re getting to your daily goal, or review 7- and 30-day charts for an idea of your overall progress.

So, if you're as bad as me at staying hydrated, I hope one of these apps can help you improve your water situation because, you know what they say, "water is life".

Mindfully,
Sam.
